It is said that if we knew the day of our death, one of two things would likely happen:
The first: sinking into depression and dying prematurely.
The second: living life intensely, savoring every moment.
However, I believe there are two other possibilities:
Altering every step one takes to increase the probability of not dying on the predicted day;
or—with the sentence looming—deciding to commit every conceivable transgression.
