Storm

I thought you would arrive like a hurricane in my life,

but I forgot that I was already a storm in its evolutionary phase.

That's why I didn't feel you coming because you arrived so subtly

that I could only perceive you when the rain subsided.

Even so, you stayed, took your place

and waited for the chaos to dissipate.

You had everything prepared so that when the sky cleared,

you could capture me with your essence.
