My obesity

What is so terrible that God sees that He does not allow it to happen?

And I can apply this to my constant and persistent obesity because I do everything in my human power, and my mother is a witness. Still, it doesn't happen. Is it resistance from my body? Or what is so terrible that can happen if one day I wake up being thinner?

Or maybe it's so hard because my body wants me to love it just the way it is.
